Is it true that Third (and below) Tier universities have many, many academics who couldn't really make it (e.g. Mary Soltis at Cabrillo College)?

Hear me out before you dismiss what I have to say.

• Professors like Mary Soltis probably have no chance at top places like Harvard (where, incidentally Soltis got her degree. Link to Mary Soltis' bio: https://www.cabrillo.edu/salsa/listing.php?staffId=1640 )
• Mary Soltis tries to f**k up students.she doesn't like. This we know. She is a total asshole about it too, from what I hear. So, is Laurent El Ghaoui at Berkeley from what i hear. Also, Berkeley's Lee Fleming. All assholes.
• Okay, so back to Soltis. Soltis has no way of making tenure at Harvard. So, Mary and people like her - they make their way down the academic ladder, and end up at a CSU or worse. (Cabrillo College is not even at the State University level.) This much seems reasonable.
• Now, Mary Soltis cannot be the only professor at third tier universities who acts like an asshole. So, then my question is: where do all the assholes of academia end up? Most likely, at the Third Tier universities and universities below that. Isn't that a reasonable conclusion to draw?

So, does this mean that Third (and below) Tier universities have academics who couldn't really make it (e.g. Mary Soltis at Cabrillo College) and, perhaps, are also assholes?

What percentage of Community College faculty are actually there because they are assholes? My guess is - not many. Because they would probably find better opportunities in the industry. Then the question is where do asshole faculty end up?

Main question: Mary Soltis tries to fuck up students: maybe this is okay for Christians but not for Muslims. Muslims, isn't what Mary Soltis did "haraam"? Question is based on Islamic theology. Experts on Islamic theology, please chime in.

Update:

Mary Soltis is an asshole. That is why she got kicked down to the Community College level. Now, whether she could make it in a top university or not is not something I am prepared to discuss here. Nothing in her record indicates anything exceptional. But I can start looking through her record if you guys so wish.
